At Skart, we want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t feel right,
we make returns and refunds simple and hassle-free.
This policy explains our process and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- The item must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- The return request is placed within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is not listed under non-returnable items (see below).
Non-returnable items
- Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear
- Socks, handkerchiefs
- Accessories (caps, jewelry, masks)
- Customized or altered products
- Items bought during clearance or final sale
Reasons Accepted for Returns
- Wrong product delivered
- Size mismatch
- Product quality issue
- Received damaged or defective item
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Go to your Order History on Skart.
- Select the product you want to return.
- Choose a valid reason and submit the return request.
- Our pickup partner will collect the item from your address within 2–5 days.
- Once the product passes quality check, refund/exchange will be processed.
Exchange Policy
Exchange is available for:
- Size issues
- Color issues (if available in stock)
You can exchange an item once per order, subject to availability.
Refund Policy
Your refund will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Online Payment Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit after pickup.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Quality Check Failures
If the product does not meet return conditions (used, damaged, without tags),
it will be sent back to you and refund will not be processed.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can place a return request after delivery.
