Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  1. Go to your Order History on Skart.
  2. Select the product you want to return.
  3. Choose a valid reason and submit the return request.
  4. Our pickup partner will collect the item from your address within 2–5 days.
  5. Once the product passes quality check, refund/exchange will be processed.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available for:

You can exchange an item once per order, subject to availability.

Refund Policy

Your refund will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Quality Check Failures

If the product does not meet return conditions (used, damaged, without tags), it will be sent back to you and refund will not be processed.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can place a return request after delivery.
